We've been through global prosecution, expert witnesses, office action responses, and we're still in it. Actively designing, filing and enforcing our own patents.
That experience shaped how we work. A patent is construed once, with every proposition anchored to a page and line of the granted specification, and the construction is then versioned and hashed. Each target document pins to that version, so a campaign running against fifty products in a dozen jurisdictions advances one position rather than fifty slightly different ones. Amend the construction and every document regenerates to match.
Evidence is captured from the target's own published material, quoted verbatim, and archived with a timestamp at the moment of capture. We record which integers carry risk before we recommend proceeding, because the analysis that only ever finds infringement is the one nobody should pay for.
