Ideation & Concept Development

Ideation takes place in a think tank environment with a good mix of techies, creatives and business-focused people. Our partners are an integral part of the conceptualisation process, as they have insights that only come from experience in their business and industry.

Before we jump into problem-solving mode, we go through a problem validation process. We need to ensure that the issue that the organisation has identified is the actual problem, and not just a symptom of a root cause. Once the issue is agreed upon, we start with the ideation process. Design thinking, sprint methodology, business design and our own tried and tested processes are plugged into the workshops to arrive at a solution that is both innovative and practical. The last step in the ideation process is business case creation. This neatly packaged presentation summarises the learnings and the proposed ideas.
